Understanding ParkBee accounts

To make your parking experience as smooth as possible, we offer two types of accounts: one for bookings and on-street parking sessions and one for subscriptions and tenants via the Communities app. Here’s a quick breakdown:


🅿️ 1. ParkBee account

This account is ideal if you want to:

  • View your parking history;

  • Pay faster using saved details;

  • Easily rebook your favorite locations.

You can create an account via our app (available in the App Store and Google Play Store) or on our website.


🏢 2. Communities account

This account is used for:

  • Individual monthly subscriptions;

  • Business subscriptions and tenants within a ParkBee community.

If you have an individual subscription, you’ll receive an invitation to download the Communities app and set up your account.
Business users and tenants are invited by their Community Manager.


🚘 Parking without an account

You don’t need an account to park with us – although it can be handy! Here’s how it works:

  • You’ll receive confirmation via email;

  • You get access to the location through your personal access page;

  • You can start and stop your parking session via that page.


⚠️ Accounts are not (yet) linked

At this time, the two account types are not connected. This means:

  • Your booking details in the ParkBee app are separate from those in the Communities app (and vice versa);

  • You’ll need to manage bookings and subscriptions separately until we merge them in the future.
