Why is my reservation not visible in the App?

As pre-paid is a new feature, your reservation will not appear in the "scheduled" part of the app. However, this is something we are working to integrate, so please don't be alarmed. 

As long as payment has been taken for your booking, a reservation has been made. You must ensure you when parking on the day you use the same vehicle registration number as entered in the booking confirmation email.
