Log into the app, click “Account” and scroll to the bottom. Ensure you have the notification on to have your VAT receipt sent to you via email.
If you have yet to receive your VAT receipt or would like one from a previous session, please see RingGo’s helpdesk on how to obtain it. We unfortunately do not have access to this information so if you continue to experience difficulties accessing your receipts, you will need to contact their customer service for further assistance.
