Unable to check in because of GPS or location error

What can you do when you are in front of a ParkBee location but the app says you are too far away to check in?

  • Turn off your GPS location services and turn them on again to reset
  • Force quit/kill the app on your phone and restart it again

 

If it still does not work:

  • Make a screenshot of the map (see example) in the app, and one of the error message when you try to check in
  • Send us an email to support@parkbee.com including the screenshots, your licence number and the location where you were trying to park
  • Call our helpdesk, explain the situation and we will let you in and start your parking action
