How do I cancel the subscription?
Open the ParkBee app, go to 'My Account' and then click on 'Account'.
Under subscriptions, you will see your active subscriptions. To cancel your subscription, click 'Cancel'.
When you cancel your subscription, you will immediately receive a confirmation email.
Until what date can I still park?
You can use your subscription until the end of the paid period. The exact date can be found in the cancellation confirmation email you receive.
I cancelled but want to continue the subscription
If you want to use your subscription again, you have to be aware that the availability of your ParkBee location may have changed. To continue your monthly parking subscription you'll have to go to our website and take out a new subscription. You can simply activate the new subscription with your existing account.
