Once you have picked the perfect ParkBee location, you can go through the steps to get your monthly parking subscription. To set up your account you need to do the following:
Open the verification email and click on 'Set up your account',
Create a password and confirm your choice,
Log in and activate your subscription by prepaying for the first month, This confirms your payment details to process the next payments easily via direct debit,
You'll receive a confirmation email. This email also contains further explanations about parking with our subscription app.
From this moment onwards, you can park at your ParkBee location any time, any day.
Important:
If you want to park using your subscription, you must download the Communities app. Do not use the ParkBee app!
Before you download the Communities app and log in, please ensure you have completed the 4 steps mentioned above.
