No parking spaces available at your subscription location

You're in front of the barrier

If you're part of a Community you will then see a notification that there are no available parking spaces in your Community at that time. You could start a paid session by scanning the QR code on the ParkBee sign next to the entrance. If that's not possible, you will need to park your car somewhere else.

You're inside the car park

If you're already inside the car park and there are no physical spaces free at the location:

Please ask your Community manager to contact the property manager or ParkBee directly. They will be able to sort out how this could have happened.

Personal subscription

Please contact our support team via [email protected] and ask for human support. They will be able to sort out how this could have happened and help you further with resolving this.
