Unfortunately, it's usually not possible to change an on-street parking session after it has started.
On-street parking falls under local tax regulations. Parking apps like ours collect these fees on behalf of the municipality, and they don’t allow changes to sessions that have already started.
So if you forgot to stop your session, those costs can’t be refunded.
Avoid this in the future:
Set an end time when starting your session
This is the easiest way to avoid unnecessary costs. Your session will automatically stop at the chosen time.Enable notifications
Turn on app notifications. We’ll remind you when your session is still running.

Stop the session in the app as soon as possible. Make it a habit to stop your session right after getting back in your car.
