If you no longer have access to the ParkBee app and services, your account may have been blocked. We explain below why this can happen and what you can do.
Why is an account blocked?
ParkBee takes misuse of the parking system seriously. An account is blocked when we detect irregularities or fraudulent use. This can be the case if, for example:
You artificially change or manipulate the time of your reservation
You pretend to leave the parking location while your vehicle is still parked
You pretend to enter the parking location while your vehicle is already parked
You register multiple very short transactions (under 30 minutes) to avoid payment
You try to circumvent the system in other ways to avoid paying
What happens when an account is blocked?
If your account is blocked:
You can no longer start new parking sessions via the ParkBee app or QR code
You will receive a notification in the app asking you to contact customer service
ParkBee may charge a fine of €300 for violation of the terms and conditions
You are also liable for the actual or estimated parking fees that were not paid
My account is blocked - what now?
If your account is blocked and you believe this is unjustified, please contact our customer service.
Please include your contact details (phone number and license plate) in your message and explain why you think the block is unjustified. We assess each situation individually.
Please note: Manipulating parking times or the system is a violation of our terms and conditions. We actively monitor transactions to ensure fair use for all customers.
