No, it is not possible to reserve parking spaces with charging stations in advance. Charging spots are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Who manages the charging stations?
ParkBee is not the operator of the charging stations at our parking locations. The charging stations are managed by external suppliers. This means that:

We do not have technical information about how the charging stations work
We do not know who the owner or supplier is
What should I do if there is a malfunction or question about the charging station?
For problems, questions or malfunctions with a charging station, it is best to contact the charging station supplier directly. The contact information and instructions are usually displayed on the charging station itself.
