There are a few ways to find your access page:
1) In the app
Open the app and go to 'Parking sessions'. There you will find your upcoming bookings and is where you can start the parking session. Did you make a booking on the website? Then log in or create an account, and we'll retrieve all your bookings.
2) Booking confirmation email
You can find your access page in the booking confirmation email we sent you. If it's not your inbox, try looking in the spam as well.
If you scroll all the way down in the booking confirmation, you'll find a link saying 'Click here for the web version'. If you can't download the app, you can always manage and start your booking from this location.
If you can't find the email, it could be that you didn't receive a booking confirmation email.
3) Contact us
If none of the above alternatives work, please get in contact with us and we'll help you. We typically reply within 24 hours.
