When making a booking with ParkBee, you save up to 30% compared to on-street parking and commercial parking. That's because with us you can access underutilised parking spaces in locations such as commercial buildings. The cost of a booking consists of two parts:
Parking fees - based on the duration of your stay
One-off service fee - this covers the cost of maintaining our platform and our 24/7 customer service.
When making a booking, these charges are shown separately, as below:
Parking fee, the price per hour and per day differ per location. You can see the rates of each location when you click on a location on the map. You will then be redirected to the location overview where you can find the rates, opening hours and other important information.
The service fee is not refunded if you cancel your booking. They will be refunded if ParkBee has to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances. You will find the amount refunded in the cancellation confirmation.
