You can cancel your reservation up to 1 hour before the scheduled start time. The full parking fee including VAT will be refunded to you. The service fee will not be refunded.
How to cancel the booking:
Open your booking confirmation email or the app,
Go to the access page,
Click on the 'Manage booking' button,
Then click on 'Cancel booking',
Then confirm that you want to cancel.
You will be issued with a refund within 2-5 working days.
Cancellation is only possible up to 1 hour before the start of your reservation. At some locations, a longer cancellation window applies of either 2 hours or 48 hours, which is typically the case at airports.
