I can't stop my on-street parking session

Having trouble stopping your on-street parking session? Try the following steps:

  1. Restart the app
    Completely close the app (swipe it away) and reopen it. This often resolves small issues.

  2. Check your internet connection
    Make sure you're connected to mobile data or WiFi. Without a stable connection, you won’t be able to start or stop your session.

  3. Call our customer service
    Still not working? Call us as soon as possible at +31 20 245 5989. We can stop the session remotely for you.
