What if my phone has no internet or no battery?

If your phone is offline or runs out of battery, we unfortunately can’t start a new parking session for you.

Already have an active session? Call us right away at +31 20 245 5989. In many cases, we can stop the session remotely.


Important: Do not stop your own session later on. Once it’s stopped, we can no longer make changes to it.
