I can't start an on-street parking session

If you're unable to start your parking session, try these steps:

  1. Check if you're in the right zone
    Are you maybe on the edge of two parking zones? Make sure you’ve selected the correct one.

  2. Update the app
    Are you using the latest version of the app? Updates often fix common problems.

  3. Reinstall the app
    If updating doesn’t help, try deleting and reinstalling the app. You’ll need to log in again afterwards.

  4. Alternative parking
    Still not working? Send us a message via the chat. We’ll see if we can help right away. In the meantime, use a nearby parking meter to avoid a fine.
