Your account is linked to various personal details:
First and last name,
Phone number,
Email address,
License plate.
You can now change all of this information yourself directly in the app. To do this, follow these steps:
Open the app,
Go to 'My account',
Click on your name at the top of the screen under 'Account',
Click on the specific details you want to change.
Please note:
If you want to change your license plate, press 'License plates'. Here you can also add a new license plate.
If you change your phone number, you will need to log back into the app.
You cannot change your email address if there is an active or upcoming parking session linked to it.
If you change your phone number or email address, your parking history may no longer be visible in the app.
