How do I change my details in the app?

Your account is linked to various personal details:

  • First and last name

  • Phone number

  • Email address

  • License plate

You can now change all of this information yourself directly in the app.

To change your name, email, or phone number:

  1. Tap the account icon in the top right corner of the app

  2. In the 'My account' menu, tap on your name and email under 'Account'

  3. Select the specific details you want to change

To manage your license plates:

  1. Tap the account icon in the top right corner of the app

  2. In the 'My account' menu, tap 'Number plates'

  3. Here you can add new plates, save favorites, or delete plates from your profile

Note: To change the license plate for an existing booking, see Managing your booking.

Please note:

  • If you change your phone number or email address, you will need to log back into the app.

  • If you change both your phone number and email address, your parking history may no longer be visible in the app.
