What you can change

  • Your number plate

  • Date and time (up to 1 hour before the start of your booking)

  • Cancel your booking (up to 1 hour before the start of your booking)

⚙️ Manage your booking

  1. Open the app or access page (link in the booking confirmation email)

  2. Click on 'Manage booking'

  3. Select what you want to change in your booking

⏱ If you change the date and time of your booking

  • You can make changes or cancel your booking up to 1 hour before the booked entry time.

  • For extra time you pay extra.

  • For a shorter period you will receive a refund of the difference (if applicable) back to the payment method with which the booking was paid for.

📍 Changing location

If you wish to change the booking location, just cancel your booking and make a new one.

If any refund is due, it will be processed in up to 5 business days, directly to the payment method you have used.
