I can't enter or exit the location with my subscription.

Please follow these steps to resolve the issue within your subscription:

  1. Close the Communities app completely.

  2. Refresh the app by swiping it away from your recent apps list.

  3. Open the app again and press 'Start parking' or 'Stop parking' once more.
