Sometimes that SMS for logging in doesn't arrive. This could be because the SMS service is having issues, or maybe there's a typo in your phone number.
Still use your booking
No worries! In your confirmation email (which you get right after booking) you'll find a handy solution. Scroll to the bottom of that email and click the link at 'Open your booking online here'. Then you can access your booking without the app.
Next time in the app
For your next booking: book directly through the app. Then your booking will automatically appear in your app. You don't even need to be logged in for this.
